A kidney stone is a solid crystal formation in the kidney that usually passes out through urine without being noticed. If not passed out, creates pain of your life. The most common type of stone contains calcium in combination with either oxalate or phosphate.

- Life Style and Food habits
- French Beans – Take 250 grams of French Beans remove seeds and boil it for two hours. Grind it using and Mixie and drink it. After 10 minutes take 2 Litres of water.
- Basil – Take juice of basils and mix it with honey and drink it. Follow the same for six days
- Apple - Eat apples frequently
- Grapes – Potassium contents in the grapes will prevent the stone formation
- Figs – Boil it in water, filter and drink it for a month
- Take Water Melon, Tender Coconut, Banana stem and Radish.
